Corrigendum to the Prospectus of Mandatory and Final Takeover Bid of AS DnB NORD
Banka Shares

Bank DnB NORD A/S (registered with Danish Commerce and Companies Agency with    
number 28691947; legal address: Dampfærgevej 28, DK-2100 Copenhagen Ø, Denmark) 
(hereinafter - Offeror) notifies that the wrong number of the financial         
instruments account of the Offeror is indicated in sub-Clause 8.1.1.5 of the    
Prospectus of Mandatory and Final Takeover Bid of Shares of AS DnB NORD Banka   
(unified registration number: 40003024725; legal address: Smilšu iela 6, Rīga,  
LV-1803) dated 12 October 2009 (hereinafter - Offer Prospectus).                

The following number of the financial instruments account of the Offeror should 
be indicated in sub-Clause 8.1.1.5 of the Offer Prospectus:                     
0022-11-02-110003344.                                                           

Therefore, sub-Clause 8.1.1.5 of the Offer Prospectus should read as follows:   
„number of the financial instruments account of the purchaser and name of the   
credit institution with which the financial instruments account of the purchaser
is opened - 0022-11-02-110003344, AS DnB NORD Banka (Latvija);”.
