On November 12, 2009 trading in SAF Tehnika shares is going to be suspended
during the annual general meeting of shareholders

NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of November 11, 2009
taking into account the application made by SAF Tehnika where the company asked
the Stock Exchange to suspend trading in SAF Tehnika shares during the annual
general meeting of shareholders on November 12 where it is planned to adopt
material resolutions. 

Trading in SAF Tehnika shares is going to be resumed after the information on
the adopted resolutions is published on the Stock Exchange information system.
