* Taking into consideration the technical set-up of the trading system, February 11, April 14, April 17, May 25, July 1 and 19 August of 2006 will be business but non-trading days on the respective stock exchange. Yet, these days will be part of the settlement cycle.
** In the light of amendments of the Labor Code of Lithuania as of December 20, 2005, stating that if holidays coincide with weekly rest days, the weekly rest days shall be provided on the workdays following the mentioned holidays, the Vilnius Stock Exchange will be closed on January 2, March 13, April 18, May 8, June 26, 2006.
***In light of the decision of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania as of December 22, 2005 “Regarding shifting of weekly rest days in 2006” the NASDAQ OMX Vilnius decided to move the weekly rest days in the Vilnius Stock Exchange 2006 as follows:
- from February 11, Saturday, to February 17, Friday;
-from July 1, Saturday, to July 7, Friday;
-from August 19, Saturday, to August 14, Monday.
