For full coverage of the Nordic market, we offer Nordic Equity, Nordic Fixed Income and Nordic Derivatives. NASDAQ OMX holds the intellectual property rights to the NASDAQ OMX Nordic market information, thus vending or re-distributing real-time or delayed data requires that the vendor must complete an Information Distribution Agreement with NASDAQ OMX. The agreement has to be signed and appropriate annual fees and charges must be paid whether the vendor customer takes information directly from NASDAQ OMX or from a third party. The Baltic exchanges apply the same Information Distribution Agreement as the NASDAQ OMX Nordic. Thus, a vendor who already has an agreement with a NASDAQ OMX Nordic exchange needs only to select suitable Baltic products from the Application Form For real-time data dissemination, user specific subscriber reporting and charges are required. End users do not need to sign an agreement with NASDAQ OMX, but the vendor needs to report to NASDAQ OMX the real-time data subscribers on a monthly basis. End users may view, but not re-distribute the market data.
